It depends on the acquisition For the market not to see an acquisition as "bad" initially the aquired company must been seen as somehow "better" than the aquirer and must not cost "too much". So-- the acquisition must be "better" than DELL and "cheaper" than DELL too. Got any ideas? I dont, otherwise I'd put my money there too. Eric
