So what is the pattern?

On all of the trades done through his personal account (NMR, NIR, SLU, etc.) he has made a small fortune. The stocks have all gone up several 100% within 6 months of Mr. Civelli taking down a private placement (NIR 2400%).

On the trades through Clarion Finanz AG..

The three involving big money UP, RIS and RDL all more than double 6- months to a year after the private placement was taken down. In the case of UP it went up 800%.

The private placement for PTD is fairly recent...although it ran to .47 last month I bet these guys plan to pump this one up one more time in the future.

The other private placements didn't really do much although if he dumped at the right time he would have made some cash. All of them were for small sums of cash ($20-50,000) However my guess is that these private placements were one back scratching another. He buddies were in the company so he takes down a small private placement. The announcement of a private placement usually pumps up the price and volume of a company temporarily and so his buddies can get out for way more shares than Mr. C bought.

So here is the kicker to the whole story. Now that I think I know how Mr. Civelli operates....out of all the private placements and public buys he has done....he owns more stock in money value in JDX (1,441,666 shares at .50-.70 and 600,000 options at .60-.81) than any other company he has ever dealt with.

I will leave it up to everyone else to figure out what the price of JDX is going to do in the next 6 months. I have my fingers crossed that history will repeat itself one more time.

Best Regards
KEITH
