You forgot crippling the UN because of his actions in Kosovo. Took a lot of credibility away from the UN with this NATO attack.

Now when the UN is needed because two nuclear powers are fighting the world is looking at Kosovo.

1.NATO stops bombing in Yugoslavia before July.

2.Refugees suffer this winter.

3.A nuke goes off before summer is over.

Hope I'm wrong.
