You're not even partially correct. What's a "Neesam"? And what of Barclays?

I think you're referring to
a) Nick LEESON, and
b) Barings PLC,

which, for your edification, was subsequently bought by Internationale Nederlander Groep (ING). But, a valiant attempt.
