Hi, again, Ish . . . I have a rather more sinister theory regarding the Clinton/China connection, one that points toward China's demand to take Taiwan back and the administration needing a way to let them get it. US forces are presently in no position to defend Taiwan - now with the gains the Chinese have been allowed to make in strategic nuclear weapons, they can pretty much move against Taiwan with little fear that we could, or would do anything, and the Clinton administration can cite the nuclear threat and our involvement elsewhere as excuses for letting it happen. Mr. K.
