There are some things we cannot know. How many bonds already converted. Whether insiders have hedged by selling short through MS.

Sarmad, my "6th" sense keeps telling me to keep posting the following "info" for greater or more precise inputs.

Foate last reported - 63M shares
Short interest as of 5/99 - 11M shares
Real float (float+short) - 74M shares
Institiutions own - approx. 55 to 58M shares of the 74M
retail + daytraders + MM inventories = 16 to 18M shares of the 74M

ps. Recent insiders selling has increased the float by 1M shares(IMO), the 6 to 8M convertible bond shares are not included here.
