I agree with you that WML has little, if any, downside at Friday's share price. I own some WML myself.

I have a question for you though.
If you feel sure that the JV partners are all going up, and recognize that risk in ELH is now severely reduced, then why would you not place the bulk of your ELH exposure with the most leveraged players?

Surely it doesn't matter that WML, BKP or RLP is an established (real)O&G company. If you are confident that the group of stocks is headed upwards, why worry about holding an established company. You should be trying to maximize your profits.
I think that the strategy you are indicating is best reserved for those investors that are still unsure of the play, or possibly for the very long term investor (two years plus).
