Terry, just another interesting note in the BICO saga: Back in November, BICO announced that they had been given a "$10 million equity line of credit" to be available in early 1999. So far, the only money I see coming into BICO in 1999 has been in the form of dilution of more stock. If you remember, we were speculating that this was probably not a loan in any conventional sense.

In looking at the annual report, I see that BICO was basically selling stock for .059 per share in 1998. If the market makers are getting stock for around .06 and selling it for .17, they are making a killing!!!!

Any comments? Tom
