some other thoughts... This isn't a judgement against Modern...it's personal bankrupcy. Who is HVV????? at least he gave up his cars and the piano first....if he gave up the Modern shares without a fight- THEN I would be concerned!!! Interesting post on RB: ragingbull.com spiney
