Zeev: I doubt that we'll see a charge for each E-Mail we send... The Internet lobby won't let it happen... More and more the Internet is following the Broadcast television model that depends on advertising for Revenues... And the Postal Service Could never win the political battle to get this ridiculous charge, for which they offer no value added benefits, to the floor of Congress for a vote... Jim
