Thanks, Pruguy, a follow up question:

Now ATT owns almost 65% of US cable markets, ATT also owns 60% voting
rights of ATHM, why would ATT award AOL a fat contract and kill
ATHM at the same time when the exclusive contract between ATHM and
cable operators expire?
