It has been 15 months for me. I think you are on to something regarding the nutrition aspects. You have a right to be proud after 3 days. I still don't smoke one day at a time. I sympathize with everyone who is still addicted. I am proud of everyone who has quit. Bottomline: I didn't smoke today. Bottomline: It is a filthy, nasty, horrible, addiction. Bottomline: If there were no health risks or side-effects, and if it didn't make me, my house and my car stink, I'd start again immediately. PCM
