To All: Maybe somebody can tell me if my thinking is wrong.
When CYBR first put their stock on the open market they expected to have 2,000,000 outstanding shares selling between 11 and 13 dollars a share.
At the last second CYBR decided to put 2,500,000 million outstanding shares on the market instead of 2,000,000 - A 25% increase.
So with a supply increase of 25% should bring the price down by 25%, which would be between 8.25 and 9.75 dollars a share. That averages to 9 dollars a share, and if I'm not mistaken, that was the closing price of CYBR today.
So, the price seems to be at it's originally expected price if I'm not mistaken. But that's my opinion, I could be wrong.
