If ERICY doesn't ship until sometime in June then ZICA doesn't get paid probably this year since ERICY isn't likely to pay ZICA any more until after they get paid and ZICA already got a big advance. Motorola is already selling a Chinese phone and they don't have a deal with ZICA.

Anyway, "may include" and "the deal they want to get" sounds like more of the same wishful thinking. Every other deal Robert P. has said was "done" for the last year has failed to happen!
