Janice, you have already committed a crime against the feds. It's very well documented. You falsified registration of a mark which can only be used with federal approval. We're talking 3 years for that violation. They'll give you all the max for sure, considering what's already been going on. Care to respond and tell me why you won't be prosecuted for falsely claiming ownership to a mark issued only by the federal government? Go ahead, try to tell me that's not a federal crime.
