peacelover, careful, you say a word of criticism and you are damned as having crossed over to the dark side.

The truth is that all you have to do to understand the story, is count Gordon's shares. That tells the whole story, it is there in the SEC documents (like the last SB-2) that Gordon himself signed.

Ponder also as to where did the last 15 MM shares come from.
