Kash, So 400Mhz is non trivial to say the least. You're preaching to the choir on that one. I do remember an article by an Intel engineer or two about 18 months ago on 700 MHz (don't know why that frequency) board design, that had all the right words about transmission line theory, impedance matching, Z zero, etc. Gave me the feeling they were well into the very high speed stuff.
