I realized that was what you meant after I posted, since you said he didn't want your favors. But gay guys are a great resource, especially for a single gal. They know everyone interesting, and they know all the dirt. I won't say all of them have good taste, I used to get my hair cut by a guy in New Orleans, well . . . . hard to finish the story because he cut my hair perfectly for a long time, and then one day when he was excited about moving to Nashville, well, it was just a shame what he did to my head. Dolly Parton, move over. And him being gay and all I have always wondered whether it was just typical male passive-aggression rearing its ugly head, just on a different plane, as it were. |
