William, you appear to be very knowledgeable about Amazon, let me ask you a question reference AMZN's recent purchases if I may. I would like to know if there are generally any restrictions placed on the AMZN shares which a company like Accept or DrugStore.com receives when AMZN purchases them in an all-stock deal. In other words, would the owners of DrugStore.com have to wait XX amount of days before they could cash in AMZN's stock?
