I don't know who has the best Level II, mact... ...but IMHO the best realtime data package out there is QCharts. I changed to it from PC-Quote and have been thrilled. The monthly exchange fee for Level II is $50, and most of the data providers also charge a little extra on top of that. For the moment, you can get free Level II quotes at TradeScape.com. I've been using it for a couple of months, and they just keep extending the free period.
