AF, My guess is that institutions are waiting for an uptick in capital spending in the industry (won't see it for six months) and are also debating the effect of a spate of mergers inthe sector upon total capital budgets... Also investment dollars are going towards e&p companies who benefit immediately from price increases for the time being.....
