Andy, Noone is beyond redemption in a religious senses. In the Gospel of Matthew, read Chapter 25, Verses 31-46, called "The Judgment of the Nations".

But Jesus also said "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's" (i.e., obey secular laws of the state- don't go looting, pillaging, and killing).

Do we (USA) have an "end game" to end this war? I can't see a happy ending if Russian or Chinese troops are a significant part of the UN Mission/Force in Kosovo....In fact the presence of UN forces will prevent any future bombing, as if any piece of the Country of significance is still standing anyway....
