And no, I don't have any problem with our new friend Well Francoise, that says a lot about how one sided you are on this. 4 posters, at least one other associate(Jason J Tobin) and maybe more, all sign up on SI on the same day. The posters all post cutesy little taunts to "shorts" on this thread alone, and you see nothing strange about it. Like I posted a couple of days ago, the idiots around you are forcing you to post some really stupid things to cover for them. SHAL is completely picked clean, sure they'll try some more crap from time to time, but like I posted once, it's so obvious that it's pathetic. The Truthseeker really did an incredible job shining the light of truth on the cockroaches their. NCDR same thing. If you read that thread and see ex-bankrupt crims bragging about being rich and read the Byron piece, and see that they won't demonstrate their super technology, there's little more I can add. ZSUN, unlike those, requires a small amount of thinking. I do not know for a fact that they will ever file anything with Edgar. It's been almost two months since ZSUN released in my opinion a fraudulent press release stating they had completed their financials and would be filing. It's three weeks from the time you said they would file them, when they instead posted some rinky dink version on their own web site. There's no indication that they have any want to as far as filing. Remember, these are filings prepared by a firm that has a history of working for shady companies. If they can't get those guys to sign off on something fileable imagine what it would be like if a big 6 firm did the books. Your contention that OIA is going to be a big money maker has also yet to be proven outside a ZSUN PR. I contend if it is the big money maker predicted, there's no way they would have sold out to ZSUN for any price that ZSUN could afford. More likely, when either the SEC tears into this one, or they finally get around to filing 2nd quarter numbers(where they'll probably report the OIA acquisition) we'll see that OIA wasn't all it was touted to be or that they too were duped by ZSUN. Why else would ZSUN not post the acquisition price? They're quick to mention big numbers and projections every other time they get a chance. Just for fun Francoise, what would your guess be on the value of an internettish company like OIA, growing "exponentially", projecting to make 2 million on 15 million, up from 800k the previous year? This is as a private company, not a public company, what $15-20mm minimum? Where does ZSUN get the funding for that? They couldn't swing a loan for 1/10th of that. Maybe the trust with the fancy stamp collection that helped out HITT is helping them. As for you being a paid tout, you make the best case for it. ZSUN has more red flags waving than the Tifosi at Imola or Monza with Ferrari in the lead, but you go right along playing like nothings wrong. Yet on other threads your halfway neutral, asking the same kinds of questions you should be asking here. Instead here, you go to the craziest of lengths to help explain away all the discrepancies in ZSUN's story. So let's hear your "deep seated motivations." I don't think it seats any deeper than your wallet. Mr. Burns |
