Can you explain to me how the rights offering works. Do I have a certain time to buy the rights since I own the stock. When I sell the rights are they valued at the same price as the stock would be at that day. Also, do I have to hold the rights for a time limit or can I sell at any time. Your info would be appreciated. thank you
