Ellen, I find your numbers regarding the cost of a web site to be very interesting. About 80% of the cost is labor. I am told that John Hwang is comfortable with the largest web sites. If the average site costs $1 million and 150,000-200,000 sites are going to be built in the U.S. over the next 12 months (stat I was told--not in your article), that's a huge potential market for John Hwang to take a slice. Hwang can offer the customer teleservices back-up--something he reportedly feels is an important competitive advantage. Regards, Suzanne
