I honestly dont think Eric sees that there is a problem with this person. I feel that this person CANNOT think at "Internet Speed" and I get the impression that he does not grasp new technology concepts that quickly (i.e. he's not a technical visionary). Yes yes yes!!! Novell's horrendous marketing starts at the top...I hope Eric sees that and I think he will take action to fix it!
