Hi.. I saw that a 110,000 share block traded at 7 15/16 and a ~103,000 share block traded at 8. Maybe they lowered the price to allow that trade to happen at designated price. Don't know if that is reasonable assumption. Would be nice to know... but just a guess for me???? Hope it holds above 7... Roger R
