<just don't waste a companie's time with unwarranted questions and phone calls>

Hummmm lets see....

Just some problems I have had at Wit :

1. $2000 check lost, found 1 month later.
2. Allocated shares in an IPO i never returned the allocation email for.
3. A changed limit order was filled at the old parameters many hours later.
4. Conflicting and contradictory information given by Wit reps that contradicted information on their website and info the other had given.

I was even was put on hold once when the Wit rep was having a laughing attack with her fellow co-worker. And like a teenage girl couldn't gain her composure.

OK....each time, none of these problems was ever followed up, after calls and several emails, until i starting emailing some "higher ups". Given operational failure, these "higher ups" are directly responsible as no contact info is listed for mid and lower level managers.

Having read their website info in-depth, i can find no info about random execution of orders or how lost/backlogged correspondence will be addressed.

Do you have any suggestions?
