Richard, haven't looked at my proxy, no doubt is one of the large
envelopes that came in the mail, will have a look tonite. HEC trades
pretty active so shouldn't be a problem selling those shares. Sounds
to me like a little displeasure that ROH got all HEC paper and little
cash. I was expecting a cash component, it is quite normal, but I guess the oil market hasn't been all that normal in the past year.

HEC must want to preserve their cash, wonder what HECs concerns are with their own stock, knowing the outcome of this deal would result in.

According to what press I seen, it appears the situation in Columbia with the rebles is deteriorating. I would sooner see ROH elsewhere
