Additionally, I'm not sure what the reporting requirements are especially depending on
who is writing the warrants. If the company wrote them there would be disclosure, but
what about a large shareholder? In any event, such a document showing up at the SEC
could also take a long time. Simply stated KIS could have info from someone close to the
transaction and you are not going to be able to confirm this in print for a long time, if
ever.

I have so many publications and news sources I can search that it is possible I would not see this occurance but I really doubt this is likely.
