I am curious...when i called the T/A on friday and asked for the total shares outstanding they told me 95,025,000 (give or take a few hundred shares)...i then asked for the total that can be issued and was told 100,000,000 ,...this is the real curious part...when i called about a month ago they told me total that could be issued is 114,000,000, they said 100,000,000 common and 14 million prefered., now when i asked them on Friday what happened to the 14 million perfered, they said that they dont handle the perfered shares anymore.
Well what happened to the 14 million shares?
Is is just by chance the 14 million perfered is the same amount as gordo seems to have?
Why would some other office handle the perfered now?
Is there more than 14 million now? How can we find out?
Are those 14 million perfered gordo's? is so , what are there terms?
These are real questions, that need real answers...
