" I admire your motives but question your means of shutting up Emile."

Interesting! Let's see if we can untangle your psycho babel.
You're opposed to free speech and intellectual freedom, but shun the tactics of blunt force and coercion to achieve your goal of stifling it when you disapprove of the ideas being expressed. You prefer the subtle art of innuendo and avoidance in shutting people up when you disagree with their ideas. It's not that you find virtue and noble values in the doctrines of freedom of speech and intellectual freedom, but instead you find a constitutional annoyance that must be circumvented with creative subterfuge. You simply conspire by suggesting to others avoidance and neglect. Sounds a bit conspiratorial, don't you think?

You would never be found leading the crowd with screams of Crucify Him, but instead you would be the one snaking his way around the crowd whispering "shhhh, shhhh, you're giving him credibility by calling for his crucifixion." Your a child of the generation of Americans that, when confronted with new or opposing ideas, always revert to "I never discuss religion and politics."
