I know there are some excellent scam busters posting to SI,but some of them take it too far.
NCDR seems to have some technology,no one here knows for sure where
it'll end up.
So it's a spec play and they have the rewards/losses.

One thing NCDR was and may still be is a good short-shorts will /say/lie/cheat/distort/ whatever it takes to bring it down.

I'll wait for big drop/or other developements to enter.
