I'm always up for a new exercise if you find that site. <g> For some reason it's not something I've ever looked for. The spirits come and go and I get frustrated that I have to work so hard at keeping it just functional. I finally tried a doc again when I couldn't hold a pen or pull the tab off the oj can because I couldn't grip it, much less pull it. Chairoprators are amazing. At first it took three trips a week to keep me going. It is way painful when it kicks in full gear. I try to remember I could hurt a lot worse and as far as dibilitating problems go, it's low on the scale.
