Who is Axion
Axion Spatial Imaging Inc. ("Axion" or the "Company") incorporated on September 24, 1984 in the state of Nevada. On January 1, 1997, the
Company acquired 100% of the shares of Axion Spatial Imaging Ltd. ("Axion Ltd.") a high technology software development company incorporated in
the province of Alberta, Canada. In July 1998 Axion went public trading on the NASDAQ OTC BB under the trading symbol AXON.
Over the fourteen years since its inception, Axion has developed proprietary technologies for Geographic Information Systems, Global Positioning,
remote sensing, image display, education, entertainment and the Internet.

How do we provide
Axion has developed proprietary technologies for fast distribution and display of large geographic data sets. This includes image compression software
that is optimized to allow for rapidly decompressing large digitized images. Plus software for image, vector and 3D visualization displays. See our

Potential for Sales
Based on existing contracts and current interest potential sales could well exceed $8,000,000 over the next 12 to 18 months.
Market Potential
Daratech, Inc estimates the "total worldwide sales of GIS software; related hardware and services now top $6 billion annually and are headed upward".
Initially Axion has concentrated on resource-based industries, government and military markets. Axion potential sales in these markets could exceed
$50 million over the next four to five years.
Axion is now exploring new markets in the utilities (telecommunications), agriculture and real estate sectors especially in respect to internet
distribution of map and high resolution image data; plus development of associated applications (java). Initial revenues in this area may not be high,
but the long term potential and exposure of the company could excellent.
