>>The Company does not consider these shares to be outstanding unless and until the debentures are converted. Debentures totaling $486,736 have been converted by one investor and 2,000,000 of the escrowed shares have been delivered to the investor." FWIW. Regards, Suzanne<<

Hopefully Zeev will read this. It appears that you are right and he is wrong regarding the outstanding vs. the issued shares. However, it does appear that there will soon be more issued for the PP.

Meanwhile I hope the company will clear up the share numbers in regard to the float. Zs latest tally suggests only 16M in the float, a figure I feel is far too optimistic. Other tallies suggest that there are about 66M in the float--the 80M minus Gordon's 14M. There is a big difference between 66M float and 14M float. The company could clear this up for us if they would be so kind. Perhaps Marty could help?

Finally, the thread has gotten out of hand with rumors and accusations, etc. If it should turn out that Dixie really is Sword (and I remain unconvinced), then the company should be taking legal action. Anyway, I hope we can return to a discussion of the company and leave the personalities behind.
