This is information on listing requirements only. There appears to be an attempt to do some house cleaning on securities being traded on exchanges on both sides of the border. In Canada, a new exchange is in the works which will combine the speculative/junior security issues into one exchange (VSE,ASE and Cdn Dealing). If SKB or any other company has designs on trading on any of these exchanges then they would have to be fully aware of the new regulations. Fraud is still fraud and can happen anywhere. I am not aware of anything that is being done to bring this stock back to life. Had Miller taken the opportunity to let someone else run the show, this stock would likely still be trading, or at least for awhile. Gene
