Bill, Some people have no shame, yet sheep will follow. If they do, they'll have no one to blame but themselves... His own site (I have to assume, it's his..) says: 3. MS may buy and sell profiled stocks at any time MS representatives reserve the right to buy or sell stocks profiled by MS at any time. MS representatives reserve the right to, and probably will, purchase shares of a profiled stock on the open market prior to issuing the profile. Then, contrary to MS's profile and coverage of the stock, MS representatives reserve the right to sell, and probably will sell, all their shares of the profiled stock immediately after the posting of the profile to the MS website. In other words, MS representatives may be selling the profiled stock at the same time you may be buying it.
