I think Ish has a point when he notes that the impetus behind the development of BT corn is to try to avoid the damage caused by pesticides and still produce the food that the world needs to survive. In doing so, we move into a frontier whose ripple effects we do not know. It seems to me that it's too easy to take an "ecologically correct" stance, you know?
