There is NO DOUBT that Serbs have committed atrocities and
attempted to destabilize their neighboring govts, both of which are violations of
international law.

There is no doubt that the Serbs have committed atrocities.

There is a great deal of doubt whether they attempted to destabilize their neighboring governments, at least before the bombing started.

And there is no doubt that they did NOT attempt to desabilize any Nato country, and that the argument that Nato acted in defense of Nato countries is a flat out blatant lie.
