I agree about the futility of pain pills, jp. Tells you right off the bat what a duckhead the doctor is. I mean sometimes, you just get better and they can hep or hurt; others it;sThe Wrong Thing to do. This whole doctor thing is not often a very positive experience. I wonder if people in other cultures feel the same about their doctors. I don't like that word atrophy, especially combined with nerve damage. Eeek. Going about a pleasant way to recondition the spots, if possible; trying your own stuff, trial and error; all takes time, but.... I'm gonna start riding a bike. Soon as I get air in the tires.... :o) Nerves are a problem. They don't grow back so good.
