Ron, how many of the 19 NATO countries would've gone along with the bombing if they had known in advance that the bombing would result in:

1. 800,000 Albanian refugees.
2. Hundreds of Serb and Kosovar civilians killed by NATO bombs.
3. The complete destruction of Serbia's infrastructure.
4. 69 days of bombing and Milo is still in charge.

My guess is two. The U.S. and Britain.
