Yes, it's an excellent article. Stratfor had similar articles. This "we want all the refugees to return" demand sounds nice in sound bites, but the reality is going to be much different. Even if the bombing stopped tomorrow, the first refugees wouldn't start going back for weeks if not months, and there is no way to rebuild the homes, farms, factories, power grids, roads, bridges, water supplies, etc. that Nato destroyed in less than a year, and probably several years. Not to mention restoring some form of civilian governance, police forces, courts, records administration, etc. How (and where?) will the refugees survive in the meantime?

Another not-at-all-thought-through failure of our administration.
