We are following up on the frequent flyer idea and are making some inquiries. We think its an excellent ancillary marketing idea.
Regarding the "merger" you mentioned, the stuff I've read on the internet threads is certainly entertaining but, as far as I know, has no basis in reality. As the largest single shareholder, I think I'd know if someone wanted us at $1.00 a share. We are, however, considering some restructuring of the company and its subsidiaries (DO NOT, under any circumstances, read "restructuring" as a euphemism for reorganization --- that corporate catch word for Chapters 7,, 11 and 13), including the spinning off of CompassData into a reporting OTC:BB company. Compass is being reincorporated as a Nevada corporation as we write, and we are transferring an Infodynamics software product to Compass. Compass makes money, and it may be more beneficial to shareholders to own both BNEZ and Compass shares separately.
I assume that the recent volume has sparked talks of mergers. I have absolutely no idea why the volume has been so heavy. The shares used to purchase CompassData and InfoDynamics still carry a restriction and have not been sold into the market. The sale of Compass and InfoDynamics was effected with something over a million shares, anyway, so even if they were to be placed on the market the result would be manageable. I also remind you that legended shares are nor cleared all at once, but are cleared for sale according to a formula that prevents dumping all shares at once. Compass alone, by the way, has generated more cash revenue to the company than the value of the shares used to buy it. We are also looking at spinning off several other companies as reporting OTC:BB companies and distributing shares to BNEZ shareholders.
Other than that, nothing is new. Hope you and your family have a pleasant Memorial Day week-end.
