Anybody have any thoughts on Tompkins PLC? Trades as an ADR as TKS. It is a conglomerate built over the last 15 years through acquisitions. Throws off a tremendous amount of cash which they reinvest in new acquisitions. The balance sheet is very conservative and they earn 20%+ ROE year in and year out. The valuation looks very attractive to me, unless I am missing something big. Has anybody ever looked at this one? JJC
