On my current PC with Win98, I think "Windows Update" accomplishes the same thing. It signs on to the Microsoft website, builds a profile of your system and drivers, then tells you which need updating and allows you to choose from the updates available. So, Oil Change is no longer needed. This review seems to be in agreement with you, JC zdnet.com cow
