Right now, the company has on the table a proposal to increase the count by another 50 MM shares (a recent SB-2 registration of 50 MM shares), and of course, Gordon could loan the company another $ 5 MM, which if memory serves, could translate into another 26.6 MM shares.

To determine how many more shares, you must postulate a time period by which you believe that they will turn positive cash flow. Right now, I believe they have about $20,000 In the bank (according to the last 10QSB, but I just perused it rapidly and you may want to read this document for details). Thus any quarter that is not positive cash flow will require external financing and unless a bank will step forward with "traditional financing", they'll have to use the toxic variety, therefore it is not impossible that when you come back next year, the number of shares outstanding will once more double from the present just under 100 MM shares.

See you next year?
