Steve: I thought that this message from the chairman of DCHT was a very positive development. The company is showing a maturity and realism about its relation to investors that I think was lacking until now.

The best part was this section: "Stock support will grow as a direct function of shareholder value, not as a function of press releases. Our well-intentioned releases of press announcements over the last few months seem to have been ineffective; thus our future behavior will be more reserved."

This is reality, and it is a good sign that the company recognizes it. An ideal way of demonstrating this new commitment to avoiding hype would be to remove the Antaeus references from the website. I am sure management is very sorry that the Antaeus press release was ever issued, and it will remain a source of embarrassment and legal risk as long as it remains.

As to Dr. Haberman's concern that releasing the 10-K will provide information that will help his competitors, I would suggest that he need not worry. 10-K's do not have detailed technical information, nor must one be so specific about marketing plans and strategy that a competitor will ever find out much that he wouldn't know already from the marketplace if he is half alert. If DCHT is ever to achieve its goals it will have to raise capital, and that can't be done without being a reporting company with audited numbers.

I don't expect to be a popular guy on this thread, but I believe that my comments, and those of some of the other critics, however irritating they may have been to DCHT's fans, may have caused the company to move in a direction that could lead to a much greater legitimacy and stock price than could have been achieved using its previous approach.
