Hi GT,

ZPA
Total shares outstanding = 24,000,000. (23,918,160 as per 1998 Annual Report)
Current price per share = .08. 24,000,000 X .08 = 1,920,000 cap.

Everytime EMC goes up a quarter Canadian, ZPA gains a half million in value. 2,200,000 X .25 = 550,000. This is about 2.3 cents per share gain in value and could buy a quarter of our shares outstanding at the current bid. This happened since Friday. EMC going to $10 would be a ten bagger if a guy bought now and saw that kind of run. While EMC would gain $9 a share, ZPA would gain 4 X 9 = 36 X 2.3 = 82.8¢, a ten bagger.

82.8 + .08 (the current price) = .90+ cents a share.

Am I sniffing profits here? I know. Way too much time on my hands. --Al
