Ric...I agree nothing is being said...and it's frustrating!!..But sometimes,...not all the time...sometimes...this is the "calm before the storm"...and I mean that in a postive way!!..Let's just do a little speculating then while we wait...just a little here cuz nothing is being said yet....could it be they are waitng for announcements cuz the finalization is that close?..They know what the stock is trading...THEY know the investor's frustrations!!...Give them credit that at least they aren't coming out with promises they can't keep and then hyping the situation to get the stock to a point where it shouldn't be...only for it to tumble back down.....I mean they ARE not just sitting there twiddling their thumbs until the lawsuit is done...revenues are increasing...reformulating skin line...changing price structures...coming out with MicroForce...NOT saying this is a big deal...just saying...there must be "stuff" happening....again...my perspective is long term ..however...I have a short core position too that I'd like to get some money out.... REgarding credibility of Peggy...If you've read my past posts you know that I do value her creditbility. ANYONE can establish raport with her. I have done this over time. And I feel she has not mislead me in any way. She's been there for 7 or 8 years. I don't ask her how she gets paid. That IS a long time for a PR person and my guess is she's more than that! But I've never asked that question. THis is my opinion. You all may have different ones. Irene P.S...Ric...this may sound like I'm an Polly Anna...but if you know me...I'm not that way in investing...I have my reasons to feel what I feel with Immd.
